This is Global Body Arts Line of Water Based Face Paint. Apply to face or body with a brush or damp sponge. We recommend dampening the brush or sponge and then loading makeup rather than spraying the paint for longevity. Work the color slightly to break the "waxy" barrier for first time use. These are very nice for blending and lines and are hypoallergenic and created with FDA compliant Ingredients. The Paints contain no perfume in order to reduce risk of allergic reactions.
