This is Global Body Arts Line of Water Based Face Paint. Apply to face or body with a brush or damp sponge. We recommend dampening the brush or sponge and then loading makeup rather than spraying the paint for longevity. Work the color slightly to break the "waxy" barrier for first time use. The Paints contain no perfume in order to reduce risk of allergic reactions. The pearl colors make easy work of blending and have a wonderfully magical shimmer. The Metallic colors are great for keeping a solid base for line work and coverage, they are also super metallic. All pearl and metallic colors are made with FDA compliant ingredients and are hypoallergenic.
